  • Incoming Mail Server:  pop.hvi.net
  • Outgoing Mail Server:  smtp.hvi.net
  • My Outgoing Mail Server Requires Authentication:  Yes
  • Log on using Secure Password Authentication:  No
 

Problems Receiving Email

  • Can’t get email
    • Are you connected to the Internet?
    • Are you sure?
    • Make sure you can open your browser and go to a website.
  • Can’t connect to server
  • Invalid Username/Password
  • Receiving Duplicate Messages
  • Didn’t receive a message
 

Problems Sending Email

  • Can't send messages
  • 'Not allowed to relay mail'
    • Make sure you have 'My Outgoing Server Requires Authentication' checked
  • Can't connect to server
  • My ISP blocks outgoing port 25
